Joke of a place. Outdated, overpriced, hot tubs are disgusting and always have gross hair floating around. The place is just not clean at all, and very ugly too. Took me 5 days to get a hold of someone to cancel my membership, and now I get rebilled because of it (have to cancel 2 days before billing, instead of 1) even though I tried to cancel a week before the last payment date. Scummy and super greedy. 0/10 do not reccommend.

Lived in a bunch of places and this is the best gym I have ever been too. The Pilates instructors are top notch and worth it. Facilities are clean, equipment doesn't seem to go on the fritz like other places. And even when the parking lot is full it never seems crowded. Kids Klub is fantastic if you have little ones. Highly recommend.

This facility is amazing has everything you could want and more very clean with lots of workout options a great restaurant and a Starbucks 😊 ☕. Unfortunately, management and guest relations this review does not represent your leadership inside this facility. The ball has been dropped a couple different times from not doing anything about having little boys in the women's locker room and little girls in the men's locker room (when my husband went and told he was taken into a room and had the door shut on him like he was a child that did something wrong which was a huge trigger to someone who is an abuse survivor. Would you have done this if he was a woman?) to the terrible information we were given while being given our tour. The lady didn't know much about the machines as she claimed she didn't workout and later on when my husband rented a locker she tried to rent him one in the wrong locker room. The entrance to the men's locker room from the new hot tub area is inappropriate as the clothing spinner is directly in front of the door so when you use the electric door button the door stays open to long and it isn't uncommon to see nude people lingering about. This is not a gym. This is an experience. I feel so thankful that I live in proximity to be a part of it. There is something here for everybody. I am a bigger lady, and I do not feel out of place or judged. The vibes be vibin. I have a class on Tuesday with Taylor.. she is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met. I'm excited to see my progress as time goes on.
